Adding a Fixed Asset
1: Add a New Fixed Asset
Click the Add New… function on the dashboard and
select Fixed Asset from the list of options.

habitually link fixed assets to work orders and scheduled work
orders, TheWorxHub automatically builds a record of maintenance
carried out on each asset, including labor time and who did the

Use the Location Finder to choose a location for
the new asset. Add a brief description of the asset in the
Description field and choose a category and
subcategory for the asset from the available pick lists.
3: Enter Additional Information
Enter as much additional detail as possible about the asset in
the available fields on the New Fixed Asset form, then
