New Update to TheWorxHub!

Early this morning, we rolled out an update to TheWorxHub which includes a number of updates and improvements.

New Housekeeping Dashboard 'Staff Schedule' Indicator

We've introduced a brand new feature for our Housekeeping department customers -- the Staff Schedule. This dashboard view provides an 'at-a-glance' weekly view of the work schedule for Today, and the next 6 days. All work is grouped by Staff member and listed in time-of-day order, making it simple to see workload for all of your staff. Use batch actions to reassign, complete and print the staff schedule in a few clicks.

Note: To access the staff schedule indicator, your security permissions must be updated under Settings > Users. Check the Staff Schedule permission to get access.

If your Staff Schedule does not visually look like the screenshot below, you need to clear your browser cache. If you don't know how to do this ask your most 'techie' coworker, or give us a call.

Brand New Calendar!

Your Calendar Tab includes an all new calendar with improved drag-and-drop, mouse-over hints, advanced filtering and new permissions to limit access.

New Template Search

Now when using the Pick Template option when adding a work order, request or scheduled work order, the pop-up template form includes a super search field, Find any template instantly! For more on templates see Adding a Scheduled Work Order from a Template.

New and Improved

  • Updated Jobs column in Assign Someone lists to accurately reflect completion of jobs by one worker while the job remains open for another -- applies to work orders with multiple people assigned.
  • Fixed incorrect counts for number of assignments appearing next to worker name when using the Worker drill-down filters on the dashboard. Now dashboard will reorganize to group jobs by worker when Worker filter is used.
